We can hardly believe that it has been one full year already, and Grandma Jill and Grandpa Paul arrived just in time to celebrate. We can't imagine our life without you - Happy Birthday Oscar!

Daddy Daycare: In the beginning

The kids have been in Daddy Daycare now for a few months and so far everyone is alive and sane. Poppy's naps have now been removed which initially was an adjustment for me more than anyone. It was harder for me to give up my quiet time than it was to keep Poppy awake and entertained.

As the weather turns it grows more difficult to entertain them and keep every-ones sanity whilst indoors. Local community center play gyms are great to run and play off some steam but also seem to be a gather place for stupid and inept people with their ill disciplined offspring.If only the guidelines were as stringent for having babies as it is for rescuing pets.

 At 11months, he has already found the best place in the house to watch TV
